They worked well getting me into a car. But since I left it has been nothing but headaches. What happened to service after the sale. I can't get in touch with someone about my tag. Scheduling anything betwe it has been nothing but headaches. What happened to service after the sale. I can't get in touch with someone about my tag. Scheduling anything between the service and sales department is an absolute nightmare and I walked in and stood there for 20 min last week before someone even come see what the problem was. More

I walked in with my guard up and ready for a haggle fest. I was pleasantly surprised that none of that was necessary. Sam was very up front and honest with me and I know this is hard to believe but I was sup I was pleasantly surprised that none of that was necessary. Sam was excellent! He was very knowledgeable of all the different vehicles. This is not the first car I have purchased from Sam, and will not be my last. We were very impressed with Sam. Since we are seniors, we have been around long enough to recognize professional, concerned salesmen. Sam personified those qualities. We felt that he genuinely wanted to he have been around long enough to recognize professional, concerned salesmen. Sam personified those qualities. We felt that he genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit for us. At no time whatsoever did we feel the least bit pressured. We met some of the other reps in the dealership, & everyone was so cordial & polite despite that the dealership was busy while we were there. Sam actually went above & beyond giving us exceptional service. We were very impressed from the beginning to the close of our deal. We were treated so well. Thank you, Sam ! More

So nice to see a familiar face at Nissan . This salesman sold me my first Nissan 13 years ago. He was as accommodating today as he was then . This Fuccillo Nissan location is absolutely gorgeous.
