Heather McCrumb our Sales Rep. was very pleasant and knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. She was able to provide our daughter with a car that met all of her requirements. The entire experience was positive and pain free with zero pressure. Heather went over the vehicle from top to bottom with our daughter, explaining all of the features and even linking her cell phone to the car's "hands free" system. Thanks also to Sales Manager Frank Simeone who was able to price the vehicle so that monthly financing fell within our daughter's budget. Sam Casiano in the Finance Dept. was also very pleasant and informative, as our daughter signed all of the necessary paperwork. In closing,thanks to Heather, Frank, and Sam. Our daughter's first car buying experience was completely positive. We will all be returning Lester Glenn customers in the future. More

We were there from afternoon till evening & everywhere we went everyone we met was positive & upbeat with a total can do attitude. Their slogan "Experience the way car buying should be experience Lester Glenn" is so true. I spent 7 years working with customers at Fujifilm so I know what it takes to be customer focused. No pressure Great Overall experience My wife and I walked into the dealership, and were greeted with friendly hellos. At that point, we knew we were at the type of dealership that we wan My wife and I walked into the dealership, and were greeted with friendly hellos. At that point, we knew we were at the type of dealership that we wanted to work with. The showroom was buzzing with activity. We had never been to a dealership that was so busy. Soon Ron Garguilo, one of the sales managers, came over and told us that Frank Acquaviva would be our sales rep and would be over to speak with us in a few minutes. Frank drove around with the 2014 Sonata that we would eventually buy, and went through all of the safety features of the car, and explained some of the optional workings that were part of this car as well. Frank really knew everything about the car. When it came time to settle on an agreeable price, Frank and Ron were upfront with everything and made the whole experience stress free. After we closed the deal, we worked with Sam Casiano, and he was totally different than any financial manager that we have ever worked with. He too handled the entire transaction in a friendly and professional manner. We would definitely recommend buying your next Hyundai from Lester Glenn. More

From the minute Bill Fairgrieve introduced himself and throughout the purchase process, our pre-conceptions were quickly proved wrong. We were made to feel welcome and at ease. Bill took us through identifying a vehicle and then the purchase process with patience and understanding. The atmosphere inside the dealership coupled with the sales team's quick wit and sense of humour made us feel like friends rather than customers and it was a pleasure to deal with Bill, Sam Casiano and Frank Simeone. We were easily able to negotiate the deal we were looking for. We will definitely be repeat customers and will request Bill be our sales representative again. We would recommend Lester Glenn Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, the best sales experience we've ever had. More

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE I visited the dealership because they had called and told me that I had VIP status and might be able to trade up my vehicle for a new Hyundai. I had I visited the dealership because they had called and told me that I had VIP status and might be able to trade up my vehicle for a new Hyundai. I had my Hyundai Sonata for two years and have been very pleased with the vehicle. When I was given this opportunity to trade up, I decided to take a look. From the time I pulled up into the parking lot and was greeted by Manny Lopez, it was an exceptional experience. Manny took us inside and introduced us to the Sales Manager. I explained the call I had received and they said they would be happy to assist. My wife and I saw a vehicle on the showroom floor and liked the color. We told Manny we would like a Sonata in that color. in 5 minutes, Manny had one in front of the dealership, with plates on it for us to take a test drive. We were very happy with the color, vehicle, and service we received until that time. When we returned, Manny asked if we were interested and worked up the figures. When they were presented to us, they were not what I had expected from my call regarding the VIP status. He took them back to the Sales Manager, and within 10 minutes, a deal was struck. From the start to the finish with me driving out with a new vehicle, it took a little over 2 hours which from my past experience with dealerships, is amazing. I was very pleased with the dealership, the personnel and the follow up since taking delivery. I would recommend Lester Glenn to anyone. More
