I’ve been getting service done at this dealership for about 10 years now and Buffy is by far the best I’ve worked with in the service dept. I’ve only had the pleasure of being helped by her twice so far about 10 years now and Buffy is by far the best I’ve worked with in the service dept. Scanned my truck almost $400 worth. Told me I need to replace a $5,500 part. Fed the same codes into internet maintenance software. The codes "do not" indicate replacing that part at al Told me I need to replace a $5,500 part. Fed the same codes into internet maintenance software. The codes "do not" indicate replacing that part at all. I went back talked to the service manager. Basically he said his master tech knows more then the internet engineers? I can read...the codes "do not" warrant replacement without much MORE diagnostics. I will not be back to Tony Seerra Nissan. I will be reporting their attempted scam to Nissan, the Better Business Bureau and maybe the Alabama attorney general's office. Pretty sure scamming people is illegal in Alabama. More
