Great customer interaction with Sam Sam did a superb job in helping us with the purchase of our new vehicle. We purchased a Mirai and Sam explained all the ins and outs of the Mirai, gi Sam did a superb job in helping us with the purchase of our new vehicle. We purchased a Mirai and Sam explained all the ins and outs of the Mirai, giving us the whole picture of owning a Mirai and the downsides of having to locate a hydrogen station. He was very courteous throughout the entire process, from explaining the nuances of the car, to getting down to a final price and keeping us informed if there would be any delays in purchasing the vehicle. He is an excellent, customer oriented, employee and I would refer him to my friends and relatives with no hesitation. More
