Great customer interaction with Sam Sam did a superb job in helping us with the purchase of our new vehicle. We purchased a Mirai and Sam explained all the ins and outs of the Mirai, gi Sam did a superb job in helping us with the purchase of our new vehicle. We purchased a Mirai and Sam explained all the ins and outs of the Mirai, giving us the whole picture of owning a Mirai and the downsides of having to locate a hydrogen station. He was very courteous throughout the entire process, from explaining the nuances of the car, to getting down to a final price and keeping us informed if there would be any delays in purchasing the vehicle. He is an excellent, customer oriented, employee and I would refer him to my friends and relatives with no hesitation. More

No Pressure Car Buying We went to Longo Toyota to look for a replacement car as ours was totaled in an accident. Sam quickly introduced himself and we told him what we were looking for and our budget. He found us a car immediately and the condition was nicer than we had hoped considering it was an older car. Sam was very thorough about informing us how the process of purchasing the car would be and the included warranty. He answered all our questions, allowed us privacy when we asked and we did not feel pressured from him whatsoever.
