Went in for a test drive, didn't think I'd buy I was looking at several new cars and a friend encouraged me to just test drive a MINI. Sam Hall greeted me and proceeded to teach me about MINIs. I test drove the Countryman and the Clubman and came back two days later to buy the Countryman. I never would have thought that as I drove up on the first day! Sam was very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. I was a little confused and didn't quite understand how the license plate transaction was set up (the dealership gets the plates instead of the individual going to the DMV). I should have asked better questions but I was excited about my new car! Overall, it was a great experience with Sam and Neil. More

We found the perfect car at MINI of St. Louis, and bought it without ever seeing it in person. We couldn't have done this without feeling complete trust and confidence in the dealership and the process. Sam was extremely helpful, pleasant, and responsive to our questions; so was Tina. We would definitely look to MINI of St. Louis again for another car, though for now we look forward to many fun adventures in our AWESOME MINI Roadster! More

Straightforward Sam Hall and Josh helped us purchase a vehicle. We drove in from 4 hours away for a specific used vehicle they had. Both helped answer our questions o Sam Hall and Josh helped us purchase a vehicle. We drove in from 4 hours away for a specific used vehicle they had. Both helped answer our questions on the phone before we came. They allowed us to place a refundable deposit on the car so it wouldn't be sold when we were on our way. They had it ready for us when we showed up. When we asked if we could take it to a dealer for that brand, Sam gave us some names of other dealers (it was Black Friday and many were closed or booked). The only negatives were that they were busy and the usual business manager was gone, so it took a little while to check out. The title wasn't ready so they said they would send it and there was a mix up with the warranty on the sticker, but it has two years left on the manufacturer's warranty so we're happy. Sam also did a great job reviewing the vehicle features and showing how the seats move. Overall, we felt they were straightforward, honest, helpful, and trustworthy. It was a great car-buying experience. More
