Seeing the variety of colors, engines, options of the Clubman we looked no further. The more we looked, we decided that we needed a loaded-up Clubman. Dustin showed us many vehicles and we decided on a melting silver one. We were not ready to test drive the car, explaining to Dustin we needed to see what our 2010 SRX was worth on trade, He provided us with a good range to work with. Having more information now, we were a little closer to a test drive, but the wife decided her favorite color was the pepper white. There was a loaner that was not ready to be turned over to the sales force, so we figured we'd wait a while. After about two weeks, MINI ran an ad that would give us an additional $1250 discount, so we called Dustin. He explained that it was for new vehicles only, not the loaner that interested us. We revisited the dealership the next week, figuring the pepper white was not worth waiting for. We dealt with Sam as Dustin was off. He took us for a test drive, answered all the questions we had at the time, and offered refreshments while our car was assessed. I told Sam we were ready to buy, but would have to wait for the funds from sold securities to arrive. So, we returned this past Wednesday and closed the deal, Both Sam and Dustin helped us, Both gentlemen knew the cars, both were extremely helpful, and we would highly recommend them and Tina and Neil to folks we know. In April, my wife and I were in St. Louis and decided just to stop in to see what was on the lot, as we were thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper S, c In April, my wife and I were in St. Louis and decided just to stop in to see what was on the lot, as we were thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper S, convertible with a standard transmission to replace the one we bought in 2009. We spoke with salesperson, Sam Hall and determined what we were looking for was not on the lot, so we decided to order a new one. Although we could have ordered it from home, we decided to place the order there. Sam went through all the various options available, and answered our questions as we ordered - assuring we got the specific options we wanted. There was no pressure to order one package over another and we got what we wanted. As my wife and I are 2 1/2 hours away from the lot, Sam made sure everything was in order before we left St. Louis that weekend. After the order was placed, Sam kept us informed of the progress of the order and when it arrived at the car lot. My wife and I picked up the car today. Sam went over every detail as there were a lot of changes from the 2009 model and 2017. He made sure we understood how to work the options, and made sure we understood to contact him for follow up as questions came up. Working with the finance person, Tina Logue was done with ease and without pressure to purchase unnecessary options. We greatly appreciated her expertise. During the whole process, Neil Westfall would stop in periodically to assure all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. More

Narrowed it down to one, but was taking a trip the next day so we held off. Later that week, Mark was on vacation so I worked with Sam Hall. Sam was great. Kept me informed on the status of the car (it needed a small scratched fixed from the body shop) and made sure everything was perfect with the car when I decided to purchase it. Super friendy, stress fee buying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mini. More

Sam was very helpful and even though I knew exactly what I wanted he ensured I was satisfied. Living over 2 hours from the dealership I knew I wanted to be able to come in and have everything ready to go so all I would have to do is sign paperwork and get my keys. Sam and Mary made that happen!! They both were very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are now the owners of 2 Mini's and I would make the drive to purchase another car from them when I am in the market for my next one. Thank you all so much for all of your help! I am loving my new to me Countryman!! More

Disrespectful This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the salesman SAM HALL was rude and very arrogant even laughing sarcastically I asked him what he was laughing at and he continued to so I asked to speak with his manager and you guessed it I got the machine and guess what no one has called back. Now number one rule you want a customer to come back so you treat them with respect and dignity. I sadly cannot recommend this dealership because they did not follow through with the sale and were very disrespectful to the customer. Unfortunate we were going to buy a brand new mini but definitely it will not be with this dealership. Don't buy with them More
