Nice, easy sales experience I first worked with Mark Conn. We were looking for a used Mini and he showed us a variety of cars. Narrowed it down to one, but was taking a trip the next day so we held off. Later that week, Mark was on vacation so I worked with Sam Hall. Sam was great. Kept me informed on the status of the car (it needed a small scratched fixed from the body shop) and made sure everything was perfect with the car when I decided to purchase it. Super friendy, stress fee buying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mini. More

Sam was very helpful and even though I knew exactly what I wanted he ensured I was satisfied. Living over 2 hours from the dealership I knew I wanted to be able to come in and have everything ready to go so all I would have to do is sign paperwork and get my keys. Sam and Mary made that happen!! They both were very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We are now the owners of 2 Mini's and I would make the drive to purchase another car from them when I am in the market for my next one. Thank you all so much for all of your help! I am loving my new to me Countryman!! More

Disrespectful This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the This dealership sold a preowned vehicle to us one weak ago and seemed genuinely great, but low and behold I called to ask a question this week and the salesman SAM HALL was rude and very arrogant even laughing sarcastically I asked him what he was laughing at and he continued to so I asked to speak with his manager and you guessed it I got the machine and guess what no one has called back. Now number one rule you want a customer to come back so you treat them with respect and dignity. I sadly cannot recommend this dealership because they did not follow through with the sale and were very disrespectful to the customer. Unfortunate we were going to buy a brand new mini but definitely it will not be with this dealership. Don't buy with them More

Our salesman Sam Hall was very helpful during the whole process but not aggressive like some sales people that you encounter he made the visit pleasant. Tina in the finance department got our finance application approved quickly with a terrific interest rate and the process of signing all the paperwork was quick and painless. The vehicle was cleaned and detailed to perfection when we picked it up. Good job by everyone involved! More

He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and lays out all the options so that you can make the right decision in your car purchase. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Neil Westfall, the dealership Manager, was extremely friendly and welcoming and made me feel like I was their top priority. There were no pressure tactics in the sale whatsoever. I love my new car and I am very grateful to Sam, Neil and their excellent team. More
