Shout Out I love this dealership. This is the third car that I have purchased from this dealership. I keep coming back because they don't hassle you into buying I love this dealership. I keep coming back because they don't hassle you into buying a car, they have a wide selection, and most of all, Mary McDonnell is the "bomb". I love her, she is honest, up front, and gets the deal done. She is the main reason why I keep coming back. More

I had the pleasure of working with Arman D (from the Service Department) over the phone. The experience was so positive that I decided to check out the Focus ST that afternoon.(8/30) Arman was incredibly knowledgable and his level of professionalism and compassion are unparalleled. I asked multiple questions relating to manual transmissions, push to start ignitions, and e brakes. Arman was able to answer all of my questions with detailed responses that were so clear and understandable. His calm and confidence definitely put my anxieties at ease and I was actually excited about purchasing my next vehicle. Thanks, Arman! My in person experience was completely different. Yes, I came last minute and I didn’t have an appointment. Yes, it was a Friday and it was raining. When I initially walked into the showroom I was not greeted and I felt like everyone was staring at me. I was drenched and looked a mess from the rain - I get it. I had to walk up to the counter to have someone approach me, unfortunately I don’t recall their name and I never got their card. The first salesperson was condescending and told me “I’ve been driving stick longer than you’ve been alive” and that unfortunately the only people left in sales were for BMW and Mini only. I told him that I was looking for Arman after bragging about how knowledgeable he was. He then told me that people in Service don’t know anything about the specifics of cars and that my questions weren’t actually technical at all because it didn’t involve turbocharging or horsepower. He then had Sam pull the car up to the bay and I apologized for wanting a test drive in the rain. Once Sam came back he was complaining about the flooded lot and that his socks and shoes were completely drenched. Sam took my info and I was allowed to go on a test drive by myself (I was actually excited about being trusted to go solo). Sam confirmed that I had full coverage insurance and asked if I felt comfortable backing out of the bay. I came back to the lot about 10 minutes later, I thanked both gentleman for their time and told them that I was still looking at another Fiesta and Focus at other dealers. Sam gave me his card and told me that he would be in touch. Neither man took my number or my name, so I was confused with how they were going to contact me again. I guess they were going to pull my info from the test driving form. So I have mixed feelings about my experience at Mini of STL, but I do love the car I purchased. Even though the exterior color was red, the car had more miles, and was older, I was really interested in red ST from Mini of STL. I ended up purchasing a Focus ST from Lou Fusz Ford Chesterfield the next morning. More

Excellent Service I wouldn't be caught driving an automatic transmission. I wanted to replace my eleven year old Mini Cooper S with a new manual transmission Mini. Unfortunately, Mini seems to be phasing out their manual transmission cars for the US market in 2020, which is kind of strange----what's the point of a sports car if one cannot shift gears? Neil was amazingly helpful and managed to get me just the right color with all my choices, and above all a manual transmission Mini Cooper S from an east coast dealership. Sam and Mary were absolutely wonderful with the actual transaction. The whole experience of purchasing a new car and trading in my old one was not just painless but extremely good. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car. Above all, the new car is one of the best cars I have ever driven! More

Smooth and Friendly I had a mini previously for 13 years that finally was frequently needing more done. We were able to sell it at a ford dealership through KBB. We spoke with Neil in St Louis and they did not have a 2019 in the color we wanted so he suggested we order one. Then we contacted the Mini dealership where we had purchased our previous Mini and told them what we wanted. They kept trying to talk us into buying a demo with 2000 miles on it rather than order a new one. Finally, we agreed on a price for them to order a new 2019. The salesman sent us a form to sign and return with the agreed upon price. Before we sent it back, he called and said they would be unable to get a 2019 because of the way Mini allocates cars to dealers. That was the last we heard from him---very disappointing. At that point we contacted Mini of St Louis via E-mail and eventually agreed on the same price the other dealership had quoted. They placed our order, the car arrived and we picked it up in about a month. Sam Hall, the salesman was very helpful as was Mary McDonnell, the finance rep. More

Great Experience I just purchased my second mini. I had my first mini for almost six years and loved it. The service personnel were always professional, courteous, and I just purchased my second mini. I had my first mini for almost six years and loved it. The service personnel were always professional, courteous, and thorough. When it came time to upgrade this year, i always knew I wanted to stay with mini. I contacted the dealership and worked with Sam to make sure that we found the mini I was looking for. I gave him my specs, and he ordered the car. It arrived within 2 weeks. Financing and making my trade-in were easy and quick. The new features on the 2019 mini are excellent. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the staff of Mini of St. Louis. More

Very pleasant This is actually the second time I have purchased a vehicle from MINI of St. Louis. Today the first person I spoke with was Mark regarding a used 201 This is actually the second time I have purchased a vehicle from MINI of St. Louis. Today the first person I spoke with was Mark regarding a used 2016 Honda CR-V. This particular car was sold the night before but they had just received in another 2016 Honda CR-V with the same features but different color. Mark explained some information about the vehicle and gave me the website to go further to research it. Sam Hall also emailed me to see if he could help with any information. Long story short, I came to the dealership met both Sam and Mark, was able to test drive the vehicle, they gave me a fair tradein on my car and we made a deal. My daughter came with me and she was impressed with the friendliness and no pressure attitude of the people. Buying a car can be an overwhelming experience,but the staff at MINI makes it very pleasant. They give you a feeling of being family. More
