I was in the neighborhood and stopped in to see if they had time to fix a slow leak in My Right Rear tire. they immediately set me up and took all the info for the paperwork and into the service are it had time to fix a slow leak in My Right Rear tire. they immediately set me up and took all the info for the paperwork and into the service are it went...about 45 minutes later , out if came with the tire being plugged where a screw had penetrated. Very pleasant waiting area with popcorn, TV, ice cream freezer, beverages et Al. Jeff was the service guy who took all the info and my keys ...very friendly and told me my extended warranty expires in March 2027...I was curious on that. I love my CRV...I leased for 3 Years and then traded in for a 2020 on another lease...when that expired, I bought the CRV...what an Automobile it is....proud to drive around in it. Cannot say enough about the team here at Ocean. We were on the hunt for a very specific Honda Pilot and finally found one at Ocean. He went out of his way to confirm and find us the perfect car, despite our annoyances and persistence he stayed in communication with us and worked around our work schedules to get to a great deal. Lou and Kellyanne put their all into the deal and even went out of their way to send us someone to complete paperwork. Finally we went to see the car and take it home and even when we had a couple requests regarding some preferences on the car Jason and Sam made sure we were happy.
