Wonderful car buying experience! Steve Close and Bill Forsyth made the sometimes stressful experience of buying a car one of the most pleasant experiences! My son and I let them know Steve Close and Bill Forsyth made the sometimes stressful experience of buying a car one of the most pleasant experiences! My son and I let them know what car he was interested in and our budget and they had cars for us to test drive. We picked one and they had it to us in a day! They answered all our questions promptly and made everything so easy! Sam Iskander made the financial part easy to understand and stress free. We got the best price and excellent service. I will take my daughter there when she turns 17. More

Another Great Car Buying Experience I needed to buy a replacement of my 2008 Ford Fusion due to it being "totaled" by a careless learning driver as it was parked in front of my house. The BEST, most HONEST dealer I have ever used Okay, so I 'm over sixty and just bought the eighth new car I've ever bought, (A Ford Escape ES). I was honestly so very pleased by the service and integrity of the guys at Malouf Ford in North Brunswick. There was Dino Sr. and Billy (the Salesman) and Sam (the finance guy) and Dino Jr. All gave me not only great customer service and encouraged me to call any time or stop by if I ever needed further help, but treated me with such respect that I am DEFINITELY going to bring my daughter there to buy her next car. Previously, I was given BAD service by a dealer on Route 22 in Plainfield, but the guys at Malouf in North Brunswick were incredible. The loan rates they offered were great too. The only hard part was selecting from the many vehicles they have on the lot. FOR YOUR NEXT CAR, GO TO MALOUF FORD. More

The entire team is helpful knowledgeable and made the process seamless and stress free My husband also decided to trade in his truck and purchase one ford f150 the same day. We bought and leased a car in one day 2 cars and the process was very smooth... My advice you want honest seamless professional knowledgeable go to Malouf the best of the best. They have several dealers in one area makes it so easy to compare. The sales staff and managers great to compare pros and cons. They truly want to sell the right car for the family. Not just sell a car which most dealers are focused on that! I have been buying vehicles at this dealership for the last ten years and have always gotten a good deal whether buying or leasing. Don Brown and his sales team are professional and honest. Frank Colonna, my sales person for the last few years knows the stock and the all of the new electronic gadgets, especially the MY Touch/Sync Systems. There is no hard selling of extras at the closing. Sam Iskander does the closing paperwork pleasantly and efficiently. I have never had a service issue. It is easy to get an appointment and the work is done right the first time at a fair price. More

I had a great experience at this dealership (Malouf) I had a great experience at this dealership (Malouf) I'm 1 of those crazy people that research the internet, call several times, visit the dealership I had a great experience at this dealership (Malouf) I'm 1 of those crazy people that research the internet, call several times, visit the dealership multiple times and send emails and was always treated with respect. After researching on Ford.com i decided to visit the dealership, i was just out of work and it was late, almost closing time, but that did not stop Frank Colonna from getting a battery charger and opening the trunk of a car so i could see it. On my next visit i was put in touch with Steve Close. Steve took the time to review every choice, every option, and pricing. He then introduced me to Jon Dunn and my 1st of several test drives of the car i was interested in. Jon Dunn was patient, informative and respectful of my opinions. On my next visit Steve Close placed me with Izzy Rodriquez and i asked for another test drive. Izzy also was patient and informative about the car, answered all of my questions. I arranged another appointment with Steve close and completed the deal. The deal we negotiated i feel was fair for all parties involved. I feel the finance paperwork was completed openly and honestly by Sam Iskander who i believe had my best interests in heart. Upon leaving i returned to each salesperson and gratefully thanked them, i then made my way to the sales manager desk and made sure to let him know i was overwelmed with my experience. The internet at least for me is where i do all my work and Malouf takes its internet customers seriously. Once again, Steve Close, Jon Dunn, Izzy Rodriquez, Frank Colonna and Sam Iskander, thanks to all of you for taking the time to work with me, i realize as salespeople your time is important to make money and i am grateful of all the time donated to my purchase.
