Salesman Sam Jawaid was very helpful, knowledgeable, and and effective in all his interactions A. Shaikh, Product Delivery Specialist was equally knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining all car features and technology. He was also very patient when asked to go over tech items we did not understand several time. Sales Manager Phil Clayman was helpful, friendly and very prompt with whatever was needed to make the sale go smoothy. Got initial information about the dealership off the net. Called the dealer and were connected with Sam. Told him what we were looking for and he quickly responded with information about the car they had in stock that most nearly met our wants. Called him back shortly after and asked for an out the door price. He responded with a good sales price that made us interested. Koons Tysons is a long way from where we live and we were reluctant to buy out of our area. However, after a totally disastrous visit with a local dealer, we decided to give it a Tysons a try.. Called Sam back and told him we were coming. When we got there, Sam informed us he had moved the car we were interested in right out front so we could see it. Took us to see the car and did and outstanding job of explaining its features. Told Sam we were interested in buy and went back in to discuss finalizing the deal. He said the price was exactly what he gave us on the phone which we thought was fair. None of the normal back and forth to the sales manage that it all too normal. OK, we would buy it but wanted one additional small accessory. Sales manager Phil quickly added it in at no cost. Did necessary paper work with finance manager. Sorry, we forgot his name. However, he too was friendly and quick. After the sale, Aqib showed us all features of the car and did a wonderful job of explaining the operation of all features. Exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Bottom line. Koons Tysons handled the deal in a fashion that left us very pleased. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and customer oriented. Their approach was make the customer happy and fill his wants and needs. Without question, we recommend them highly as an excellent car dealer. More
