How can I be responsible for a windshield cracked that has been attempted to be repaired ? When I fell the inspection and went to Safelite to have it repaired, they it has already been repaired so they c has been attempted to be repaired ? You made me go back and forth to finally have your manager tell me you are not responsible for it and that my 30 days Guarantee has expired. Tha car has already been paid in cash, koons Toyota ripped me off. The service is deceiving. At least I learned a lesson from you, never rush to buy a car and always take a mechanic with me.. Akash was a great Salesman but management is questionable. More

The dealership staff was cordial, supportive, and worked closely with (used car sales manager) and Jonathan (sales) for my first used car purchase. The dealership staff was cordial, supportive, and worked closely with me to resolve an issue I had detected prior to purchasing the car that they promised to address and fix. I am happy to report I am completely satisfied with my new Jeep. Top now works beautifully and I am in love with my new ride. I would definitely consider purchasing again and am thankful for their support during this process. More

Our saleman, Mayur Dhwan, is a very nice person and handled our test drive very nicely. When we went to actually purchase the vehicle (CPO) we asked about the 160 Point Checklist. We were told that s handled our test drive very nicely. When we went to actually purchase the vehicle (CPO) we asked about the 160 Point Checklist. We were told that since it was sold as a CPO last year, it is still a CPO, there is no need for a checklist. After we insisted, more than 30 minutes later a checklist was produced. The only item I really knew anything about was incorrect on the checklist -- it said there were two keys whereas we were originally told the previous owner had one key. Everyone we talked to insisted that, since it shows up in the system as CPO, then yes indeed it is CPO and of course it had a 160 point check. We have no argument that it is a CPO in the system. Based on our experience, we seriously doubt it ever had a 160 point check before we purchased the vehicle. The Toyota National CPO customer support people were very nice but essentially useless. We eventually talked to the Toyota Representative (evidently works for Koons & Toyota) who did schedule an appointment to get the second key made on a Tuesday. My son took the car over Tuesday and was told they only make keys on Wednesday (?!). The used car manager told my son that he was really going out of his way to have a second key made and that his parent should come show their thanks by purchasing another vehicle soon (!). Even though we had an appointment that Koon's scheduled. This was a much different experience than another vehicle we had purchased from this same dealership in January where the paperwork (including the 160 point checklist) was ready to go and the salesman followed up with getting some minor issues worked out. In the end, we do not trust this dealership (and I've lost a lot of faith in Toyota Customer Service (National). My advice if you are purchasing a CPO vehicle from this dealership is to make sure they have all of the CPO paperwork and all of the keys/keyfobs/whatever done before you make the final purchase as you may end up with a hassle as they seem to have no motivation to do anything once the car is sold. More

Upgraded my Dads 2007 Yaris for 2010 Corolla s. 3 weeks into it it started making noise when starting up. My boy Mashood F gets 100 stars review from me and you can cap me at 10 or 20. Whatever your highest grade is. I will destroy this place of business If the management want to keep doing shady business. I Am planing to be there again before their 4th of July deal ends. Do NOT buy silver 2017 Toyota 86 VIN: JF1ZNAA14H9706438! They sold me this vehicle with illegal emissions equipment, a VIN flagged with Toyota of America, no warranties, and yet it was listed as certified p They sold me this vehicle with illegal emissions equipment, a VIN flagged with Toyota of America, no warranties, and yet it was listed as certified pre-owned. They lied and said they would take it to arbitration. I got the price down to 18.5k I returned it, and it's back up for sale in the same condition with the same mileage and CPO offer. Buy this, and you could end up with a $2,500 fine for all the aftermarket illegal work done to the car. Sam, Warfa, and Jeff (used car manager) will lie their way out of anything. Edward is really cool, though, and facilitated my exchange. I repeat DO NOT BUY JF1ZNAA14H9706438 unless you want someone's used track toy packed with illegal equipment. More

The difference with Sam was that he not only could answer my questions but showed a vast knowledge of and passion for Toyota products. High energy.
