The best I have owned many vehicles over my lifetime, but once I purchased a SUBARU I will never drive anything else. Love the Forrester! This is my third ve I have owned many vehicles over my lifetime, but once I purchased a SUBARU I will never drive anything else. Love the Forrester! This is my third vehicle from MetroWest and I wouldn't buy from anyone else. I have looked at other dealerships but none of them even come close to MetroWest. Sam Mayer is a fantastic salesman who makes buying such a pleasant experience and the service department is exceptional. Go in and ask for Sam and sit back and enjoy your vehicle. When you see the commercial that says........and they lived believe it! My daughter, who was 5 months pregnant and my 3-1/2 year old grandson walked away from a horrible accident. The scene was littered with pieces of the vehicle and right in the midst was that beautiful framework, completely intact....and they lived (not even a scratch). Thanks SUBARU ! More

One Of the Worst Car Buying Experience I Have Ever Had I needed a new vehicle because I would be moving out of my parent's house towards the Boston area as well as starting law school part time and working I needed a new vehicle because I would be moving out of my parent's house towards the Boston area as well as starting law school part time and working full time. My previous car had quite a few miles on it and I decided it was time to start looking for a new car. I had scheduled a test drive of a brand new 2016 Subaru Impreza. When I first arrived at the dealership with my step father I not greeted at the door even though there were several sales people sitting around the room. Finally a sales person comes up to us and guides us to the desk and starts inquiring about why we are there. Throughout the conversation I was not being asked the typical car buying questions that you get asked when buying a new car. The questions being asked made me feel like they were trying to talk me out of buying a new car. Such as," I don't understand why you are buying a new car if you already have one" " Why do you need a car if your not needing to buy a car right now?" In my opinion those questions were completely unnecessary. We took the car for the test drive. The sales person drove the car out of the parking lot and then headed down the road for about a quarter of a mile and stopped in a nearby parking lot had both of us get out and switch seats so I could actually drive the vehicle. My step father being in the back seat was inquiring about the warranties that come with the car. The sales person responses were so rude and not information whatsoever. The rest of the test drive was silent and not helpful at all. He then gave me his card and sent me on my way. I will never go back to this dealership ever again. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone unless they don't want to be taken seriously and actually buy a vehicle. I ended up buying a brand new 2016 Subaru Impreza from another dealership. The dealership that I actually bought the car from I was scheduled for a test drive of a used 2015 Subaru Impreza. More

Sam flat out lied to me Went in to discuss pricing on a new Forester. Was looking for a Premium w/All-weather Package and Eyesight in Dark Grey. I knew metrowest didn't hav Went in to discuss pricing on a new Forester. Was looking for a Premium w/All-weather Package and Eyesight in Dark Grey. I knew metrowest didn't have one in stock in that color, but I had found a dealer in NH that had one. Before driving up there, I went to Metrowest, since they are the closest subaru dealer to me, to see what price they could offer me, so I had something to compare it to when I went in to the dealer in NH. Waited for at least 20 minutes to talk to Sam, who i believe is their "product specialist". Sam flat out lied to me and told me that this other dealer in NH did not actually have the car i wanted in stock (he claimed he could see the stock of every subaru dealer in new england on his computer, which may or may not be true, but either way he lied and said this other dealer didn't actually have the car I wanted, when in fact they did.) he also talked down to me like i was an idiot and pretty much ignored everything I said. In the end he wouldn't even give me a real price quote. Waste of time. Went and bought the car I wanted at the other dealer 2 days later. More

He put me at ease immediately setting the tone for an unanticipated comfortable car purchase. He was also very patient with my 3 test drives, insuring that I was happy with my particular Subaru Legacy choice. I have had Hondas and Toyotas for years, but this time I wanted an AWL vehicle, not an SUV. Working with Sam was a pleasure; he made the purchase as painless as possible and even went out in the pouring rain to put my plates on my new car and then explain thoroughly each feature of my new car. I would recommend Metrowest Subaru and Sam to anyone looking for an excellent shopping experience. More

From the test drive to the walk-thru of the new vehicle he was very patient, informative and overall a laid back friendly guy. I was never pressured to go faster with the buying process - and I was looking the last week of the month. I felt very comfortable throughout the deal and the whole buying experience was stress-free for me. That made all the difference. The MetroWest Subaru dealership will be my dealership of choice for all my maintenance and future buying needs. I highly recommend them. More

This is the 5th Suburu I have purchased from Sam Mayer of Metrowest Suburu in Natick, Ma. I now live in Vermont where a Suburu is the state flower....and I still drove to Ma. to trade-in my 2008 Outback for Metrowest Suburu in Natick, Ma. I now live in Vermont where a Suburu is the state flower....and I still drove to Ma. to trade-in my 2008 Outback for a 2014 Outback. Once again, my experience with Sam was outstanding and I give him an A+ for his knowledge, his attention to detail, and his interest in making sure that I got the car that I wanted. I would highly recommend Sam Mayer at Metrowest Suburu to my friends and family. More

sam worked with us on our outback on 2007,so when it was time to replace our nissan we called sam to look into used subarus.sam had us go through the lot to see what caught our eye then we sat down and look time to replace our nissan we called sam to look into used subarus.sam had us go through the lot to see what caught our eye then we sat down and looked at fact sheets on each,feeling out our needs and desires,talked about pros and cons on subarus and non subarus on the lot and the internet,he showed us every thing,costs vs mileage,models,finally together zeroed in on 3 to 5 year old imprezas,one recent tradein suited our needs perfectly, also, mary in financial office came in 2 hours early to accommodate my work schedule, More

Sam was great to work with -- no pressure, straightforward, and I think I got a fair deal. I am on my third Subaru from MetroWest Subaru. I first purchased a Forrester in 1998, then leased an Impreza Sport in 2009 and just leased another Impreza Sport this month. I have worked with Sam Mayer o purchased a Forrester in 1998, then leased an Impreza Sport in 2009 and just leased another Impreza Sport this month. I have worked with Sam Mayer on both leases and find him to be very knowledgable and easy to work with. All the staff take the time to answer my questions and to help me make the best Subaru decisions. I always have my cars serviced at MetroWest and find the service staff to be friendly and available and they do quality work! More
