Took my truck in for service oil change tire rotation and Multi point inspection. Took almost 2 hrs. I taught it was a little long and no inspections sheet provided to inform me of the status of my vehicles Multi point inspection. Took almost 2 hrs. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my 8 am appointment to get an oil change. I was contacted twice about the progress of the oil change; my vehicle was not ready for pickup until after 2 pm. appointment to get an oil change.
