However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that the car had already been sold. The entire experience felt like a scam. I even tried to speak with the manager, but they refused to acknowledge any mistakes. It seems that the used car sales team is misleading customers with false offers, and when potential buyers arrive, they try to sell them something else instead. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer when looking to buy a used car. Additionally, their online prices are significantly higher than the fair prices listed in the Kelley Blue Book. The salesperson sent me a message at 9:30 AM to schedule a test drive appointment, stating that I could come anytime after 2 PM. When I showed up at 2:30 PM, I was told that the vehicle had been sold. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. The salesperson didn’t have the courtesy to inform me that the vehicle had been sold before I arrived for my appointment. The behavior of both the salesperson and her manager was rude, suggesting that they didn’t care about their customers. More
