Beware! BEWARE! Kenny Ross (now BREWER TOYOTA) just cost my wife and I a half day of work. We scheduled to drop off our vehicle that we leased from them and BEWARE! Kenny Ross (now BREWER TOYOTA) just cost my wife and I a half day of work. We scheduled to drop off our vehicle that we leased from them and look at leasing another vehicle. We gave them about 45 minutes to work up the deal on the new vehicle. After receiving our quote they informed us they could not take our lease return because they were going through a transition. This would have been good information to know when I called and told them I was returning my lease. I even communicated with the salesman a half hour before getting to the dealership. Take your business elsewhere! More

Easy buying experience. I personally don't enjoy the process of purchasing a vehicle. I searched the internet and sent an email to the Kenny Ross site. Bob Gavita was quick to suggest cars I might be interested in. No pressure just information. Since I don't have time to look at cars in person we discussed options via text messaging. It was fantastic! I didn't have to run around and waste time looking at cars I didn't want. I simply said yes ill look at it or no, find something else. Bob did all the work for me. I really appreciate the quick response in messaging. He didn't stop till I got the vehicle I wanted. And with the help of the manager, I got, what I think, was a very good value. Thanks Bob! More
