Needless to say I was more than a bit nervous about a long distance purchase, but Jennifer Campbell did an awesome job getting me the information I needed and making communication easy over the phone, with texts and via email. I can hardly express how much I appreciated her honesty and availability, watching over my car after the purchase and making sure the pick-up for shipping went smoothly. Jocelyn Bulger also did a fantastic job wrapping up the purchase answering my questions and making the long distance paperwork easy. Our packet was delivered with clear instructions and labels for everything my wife and I needed to sign. Ironically, the car purchase I thought would be the most challenging turned out to be one of the best experiences I've had. More

They will not return calls when leaving messages asking to call back on their voicemail, and they will not attempt to give the best price when competing with other dealerships. They also pass the customer from one sales team member to another when the customer attempts to negotiate a better price, which is an infuriating sales tactic to say the least. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. More

Sam Piccolo, Sales Manager worked with us for the best deal and believe me my husband checked a lot of dealerships in the tri-state area before purchasing these vehicles. I was really glad I went to Kenny Ross Toyota. A co-worker recommended them, I searched online, found the car I liked, then went in & talked to a sales rep.
