I was at this dealership on August 17, 2013 and I have never met such a wonderful experienced sale person as John Kolakowski. I have been dealing with Kenny Ross for many years and also the last 3 years have been a great place to return for all of my car maintenance needs thanks to the help from Nick Hufnagel who has helped me everytime I brought my car in for oil changes and inspections and is always very friendly. I can not forget Justin Flook who was friendly and quick in helping me get out of there in a timely manner with getting all of my papers signed. We recently purchased a new Rav 4 from Kenny Ross Toyota. We worked with "G" and Sam to get the deal done. Both were very friendly, helpful and understanding of what we needed. We had to take it back 2 days later due to a strange noise. Sam had it checked out and told us if we weren't satisfied, he's put us in a different one. Luckily the noise worked itself out, but the fact that he was eager to help us and keep us happy went a long way with us. We are extremely happy with our new car and if/when we purchase our next vehicle, this will be the first place we will go. More

After owning a Toyota Rav 4 for over ten years, I thought it might be time for a trade-in. My Rav 4 had been a reliable vehicle and so I knew that I wanted to stay with the Toyota brand. I worked with Jenni it might be time for a trade-in. My Rav 4 had been a reliable vehicle and so I knew that I wanted to stay with the Toyota brand. I worked with Jennifer Campbell who initially gave me a price quote online. It took me several months to actually walk into the Moon dealership-mostly because my Rav was still functioning well. But Jennifer periodically sent me follow-up emails to let me know she would be there when I needed her assistance to purchase a new vehicle. When I walked into the dealership a few weeks ago, I was of the mindset that I would "look and see." I test drove a 2013 Corolla that was smooth driving and much more fuel efficient than my Rav. I asked Jennifer to find out the trade-in value of my Rav. Within minutes, Sales Manager, Sam Piccolo, came to meet me and gave me an offer I couldn't pass up. I was offered full blue book value for the Rav and a very good price on the new Corolla. I decided then and there to buy the new Corolla. Business Manager Justin Flook took care of the paperwork, and before I knew it I was driving off the lot with my new silver Toyota Corolla. To say that my experience at the Moon Area dealership was excellent is putting it mildly. Each step in the process of my purchase was completed professionally and efficiently. We liked the salesman Goksel very much. He greeted us at the door. He took above and beyond time to help us learn about all the features on the Toyola Avalon. When we picked up the car, he went over all the the door. He took above and beyond time to help us learn about all the features on the Toyola Avalon. Goksel went above and beyond by coming to our home to help us program our garage door opener, and set up Entune application. He was very friendly from the beginning to the end. He is a good representative of Kenny Ross Toyota. I also want to thank Neil for helping with the financial proceedure. David was the manager I had to finalize the deal with and he bent over to adjust the number on the trade and the sale price of the car to meet my needs. Sam was extremely friendly and helpful also. My wife and I recently purchased a new Prius from Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and th Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and the managers that bent over backwards to please my wifes wishes. After choosing model, color and options the negotiating started. We had a trade in which I have to say was in excellent condition and the adjuster was fair in the trade in value. We haggled back and forth came to a deal and we drove away that afternoon with a new car. This dealership and the persons working really do care about their product and the customers that they deal with.
