I bought a car from Sam and they guys at Hardy and our experience was very easy. Unfortunately, the car ended up having issues so I took it up to the dealership but was expecting a huge bill from them fix experience was very easy. I emailed the dealership to check availability of a F150, they promptly responded via email and then a phone call from Sam. He is VERY easy to work with and listens to what your concerns are. No pressure ever, I mentioned my concerns and he addressed them promptly, he had my trade valued and we made a deal. Everything he agreed to address (scratches on paint and a bumper cover) were taken care of on a follow up visit. You cannot even tell where the scratches were. This is my 7th F150 and by far, my best buying experience. I highly recommend Sam and Hardy Ford! The whole team gave great service through every step. More
