Well Above the Rest! My intention was to come and look at a car I was interested in. I have purchased many cars in my day and expected that same old sales pitch I've heard so many times before. After meeting Jose and exchanging pleasantries, we started talking business. The car was all I thought it was from the pictures I had seen online. After I had test drove the car, Jose had said he wanted to clean the car so that I had the opportunity to see the car clean and make sure no imperfections were hidden from my view. There was absolutely no pressure, in fact Jose tried to make sure I was comfortable and even made sure my girlfriends daughter was occupied as well. I had made an offer on the spot and it was accepted. Jose steered us to a good restaurant down the street while some final touches were being made to the car. We had then went to the other building where I was introduced to Sam. His attitude and professionalism was just as great as Jose's. Sam made sure that every little detail was carefully explained and even gave his personal advice on a few things to make sure my butt was covered in case of any unforeseen circumstance. The overall experience was finally topped off by Evan! He came in and talked to me, explaining his personal views on the car I had just purchased. He gave me assurance that what I had just purchased was a great buy and even let me know that it was something that he personally would have purchased. He gave me some great information on future things I was considering doing to the car and even offering to help take care of me after the sale was long done. You just don't get that from a dealer that is anything less than Phenomenal. Chicago Motor Cars sets a standard that the other dealers really need to take notice of, and try...just try, to emulate the level of the overall experience that I have seen! Evan was great and he responded both via email and with a phone call within hours of the submittal. He was great to deal with and very helpful in answering all my questions. I went and made the purchase today and that went absolutely as smooth as possible. Sam quickly took me through all the paperwork and I was out of there and enjoying the new car in no time flat. I was looking at Victory motorcycles on eBay and found a perfect example of the bike I was looking for. I emailed CMC to inquire if there were any damage to the bike. First thing next morning I received a return email from Steven Ruiz and another associate, Steven told me there was no damage to the bike and to give him a call if I had any other questions. If you see it on eBay with a buy it now price and you really want it you better make it happen or it could be gone forever before you get back from lunch. Thinking this, I called Steven and began the short and painless process of purchasing the bike and getting shipped to PA. There was an issue with my funds coming from a closing escrow account that was to pay the balance of money down and shipping, took longer than anticipated to receive and pass on to CMC. Sam, the finance manager was understanding and friendly about the situation and along with Steve was a pleasure to work with and do business with. Rob who delivered my bike was a nice guy that I could tell had a lot of experience in transporting high end autos and bikes. Good job everyone!! I would not hesitate to recommend CMC to any of my friends or family. When I look for my next vehicle, I will start with Chicago Motor Cars. More
