Enjoyed working with Sam, he was not pushy but always helpful and engaged. I’d buy from him again. We brought in a car for trade and the dealership lost the title and we didn’t receive the payment for helpful and engaged. I’d buy from him again. In searching the internet, I found a super-nice vehicle competitively priced, so I contacted the dealership to obtain further information and details. I was fortunate enough to be connected with sales rep Sam Schmutte! This young man quickly demonstrated what a real go-getter he was, providing me all the details about the vehicle, photos and videos I was interested in acquiring. On 6/24/25 my wife and I drove 2 hours to Ed Martin's Acura dealership to meet Sam and to inspect and test drive the vehicle. All of the documentation that Sam had provided in advance was super helpful and greatly reduced the time needed for review. The vehicle was in immaculate condition and there weren't any unexpected surprises. Sam was courteous, super friendly, honest, knowledgeable and very professional. He was very thorough and explained/demonstrated most of the technical features that seemed overwhelming to us. Our entire experience in dealing with Sam Schmutte, Matt, and other staff at Ed Martin Acura was fantastic.
