In the beginning, they were not transparent in their prices. They will charge you more than advertised price so beware and stand your ground. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience. On first hand I was promised 33000 for a trade in truck and I was okay with it then before signing I told them I’m going to think about it and they said we will give you an extra 2,000 if you do it today and it made me feel better. When you look at the paper and numbers they put the trade in value for 30,000 which isn’t what I was initially told and I have a witness who can vouch when they said $33,000. It’s really disappointing for me not be able to trust to go buy a car anymore I’m in love with the truck I got but really dissatisfied with the transaction. I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to come here. More
