I purchased a new fiat 500 from Southern and I had problems with the clutch and although it was a defective part, the dealership wouldn’t cover the repair, nor the part. I contacted Fiat US and they t problems with the clutch and although it was a defective part, the dealership wouldn’t cover the repair, nor the part. I contacted Fiat US and they told me it was up to the dealership to fix it. I attempted to speak to the manager and the general manager and they both would not return my calls and when I went to the dealership I was told they would help and never did or followed up with me. I will never purchase another vehicle from them nor would I recommend them to anyone else. I’m very disappointed with their services. More
