We knew we wanted something that was way more economical on gas and mileage. Steve Ambrose was able to move from one type of vehicle to the next, seamlessly, and provide my husband with the knowledge he needed to make a decision. He is very knowledgable of the product and so very easy to work with. When I arrived to test drive the car, Steve Ambrose and Sam Vasco gave me a warm welcome. Steve proceeded to walk me through the Ford Fusion Hybrid and give me a test drive. The purchase was seemless. Financing was very smooth. The reason I keep coming back is the professionalism of the sales staff which includes management. From the time my wife and I walked in to the time we walked out we were never rushed or pressured. My Salesman Justin was extremely knowledgeable about any aspects of the Focus. He took his time and answered all of our questions during our 2 test drives. After the sale was finalized he once again took his time to go over everything once again. The second reason I keep coming back is the excellent service department.
