Went in for the same break issue but they couldn’t find the issue when is was right in. Overall good experience, but the additional protection and gap coverage sell at the end was unexpected and we were told we could cancel the gap insurance if our insurance covered it. We did that, but inst and gap coverage sell at the end was unexpected and we were told we could cancel the gap insurance if our insurance covered it. We did that, but instead of refunding the money it went back to the loan which was not explained to us and very disappointing because we wouldn’t have taken it out or put as much down if we new we weren’t getting the money back. You should be given a choice or this needs to be better explained. Very frustrating that the end price and payment got so inflated with this additional coverage and protectants. More
