Overall good experience, but the additional protection and gap coverage sell at the end was unexpected and we were told we could cancel the gap insurance if our insurance covered it. We did that, but inst and gap coverage sell at the end was unexpected and we were told we could cancel the gap insurance if our insurance covered it. We did that, but instead of refunding the money it went back to the loan which was not explained to us and very disappointing because we wouldn’t have taken it out or put as much down if we new we weren’t getting the money back. You should be given a choice or this needs to be better explained. Very frustrating that the end price and payment got so inflated with this additional coverage and protectants. More

I only planned to look at cars from a few different dealerships. Mazda was my first stop and I liked this dealership better than any I had ever been to before. I ended up buying a car without going any dealerships. Mazda was my first stop and I liked this dealership better than any I had ever been to before. I ended up buying a car without going anywhere else! I would highly recommend them. More

I purchased a new Miata that had issues with the appearance package install. I received a called from the GM personally wanting to assure me that it would be taken care of and he was willing to even appearance package install. I received a called from the GM personally wanting to assure me that it would be taken care of and he was willing to even replace my trunk with another one without the issue. I live 200 miles from there so arranged to get it looked at on my breakin oil change 1000 miles for me! Took it in and was given a loaner and the GM offered to pay for lunch for my wife and I while they worked on the car. Luckily driving a Miata anytime is always a pleasure so the 400 mile trip was at least enjoyable. I would definitely give this dealership a high rating from the Salesman on up everyone was great to work with. More
