Let me start out by saying I have no relationship to any one in this dealership or to any one in the automotive business. I am in the mortgage business and have been for 30+ years. There is NO conflict of i one in this dealership or to any one in the automotive business. I am in the mortgage business and have been for 30+ years. There is NO conflict of interest that the dealer is trying to say I have. Worst experience. Told them over and over by email, text and by phone that my deal we negotiated by phone and email had to include extra mileage on my trade. I told them no games when I get there. I get there and its not included. I didn't hesitate give me my keys I'm leaving. By the way this was a GM sibling discount deal. My brother in law worked for GM and retired 20+years ago so family gets GM family price. Again no conflict of interest. No relationship. We know no one at this dealership or in the automotive business. This is how they treat even families of GM X employees. Second bad experience in 7 years from this dealership. Stay away. In response to there excuse posted I have emails and text that show I was very upfront in regards to the mileage which was only 1600 or 438.00. Was very upfront and told them don't want to waste their time or my own. They said they would match or beat AutoNation and I told them right upfront they were including the excess mileage. They say thats against GMS rules and every dealer has done it for 20 years. The manager and sales person chose to ignore that and also me telling them by text and email 3 times. This shows what they are instead of apologizing they made a mistake they continue the nonsense. Since then they changed what they said they weren't taking my car in trade but doing end of lease which is a lie(they asked for a payoff on my car LOL) I said don't worry about the excess mileage lets just close on the 475 payment you gave me. 3 days later they say payment is now 499. Two other dealerships verified that rebates, incentives and residuals, money factors didnt change in that week going into new month. Flat out lies continue. Please Stay away. Slimy car sales tactic and I told them that. More
