Sam was great! I first reached out to her a few months before my lease was up and we went through my options. When it was time to turn my lease in she helped get me into a certified pre owned that I purch before my lease was up and we went through my options. When it was time to turn my lease in she helped get me into a certified pre owned that I purchased. It was the same year and model of my lease but with less miles and more tech and it wasn’t much more than the cost to buy my lease. It was a win! Sam made everything so easy for me. I have a 5 month old at home so sitting in the dealership for a few hours was not about to happen. They got all the paperwork ready for me and I’ll I had to do was come in and sign. Pretty painless. It was truly a no-brainer that when we decided to purchase her a car; we searched MV Acura website. I located a car at a "sister store" and The Team (Joey, Bryan, Safue) transferred that vehicle within hours and it was available for us to view and test drive. They worked tirelessly with us to get us in, set up and out the door. When we returned on Saturday morning ,with our daughter in tow, they ensured the car was out front, shiny and filled with gas!!
