My husband and I have been searching for a car for a few weeks now. We went to a dealership the day before and was discourage by the sales guy so we walked away. EXCELLENT SERVICE - MADE BUYING SO EASY!! My husband and I were looking for a new Acura RDX to replace our lease vehicle, the Acura TLX. We live in Port Hueneme, Ca. and had an appointment wi My husband and I were looking for a new Acura RDX to replace our lease vehicle, the Acura TLX. We live in Port Hueneme, Ca. and had an appointment with our local dealership a week ago to buy a great 2019 RDX that we had seen on the lot but the salesman called us an hour before our appointment to let us know another salesman had sold the vehicle before we got there! We were NOT happy since it was pretty much an agreed upon deal but it is what it is and we decided that just meant something else better was out there for us. So I went online and found an almost identical RDX but it was a 2020 "loaner car" at Mission Viejo Acura for not that much more $$ so I called immediately and reached Samantha, who could not have been more helpful! She was so bubbly and friendly and immediately wanted the item # of the vehicle so she could go "touch and feel" it to make sure it hadn't sold yet, which of course we were very happy about. Once she knew it was there, she pulled it to another part of the lot so that nobody would sell it while we completed our on-line app (which was so easy!) and then got in our car and drove 2 hours to get to the lot and finish the deal! Samantha was as nice and helpful in person as she was on the phone and she knew we didn't want to spend a lot of time in the dealership since we had a long drive back home on a Sunday, so she made the process go as quickly as she could. And the finance person, Safuey, was awesome as well! This ended up being a great experience for us and we love our new RDX. This is our 6th Acura since 2001 and they've all been excellent vehicles; that's why we keep going back to get another one. :-) We highly recommend Acura's and this dealership! More
