Steve and Paul later dropped in offering water and coffee. Safue came in explaining about protective coating for interior and car exterior relating to his first hand experience. Even I know the coating is good to protect paint from bird dropping damage and possible spill on the car seat, I was not fully convinced. While I was worrying whether the protective coating is going to change the feel to the leather seat, Sam helped us in talking with a recent buyer who did the coating and happened to do car maintenance outside, getting their feed back and how they loved it. Wow, that was really warm and real, I came to know how the Acura team know their customers and how close their relationship with their customers. I loved that experience. We were surprised to meet Alex in the dealership on Sat even it was his day off. All our experience and treatment was warm and like a family. The most important thing is that we got our dream car, a brand new 2020 Acura RDX. Thank you Acura, we finish all our buying in less than 3 hours. That was truly amazing! More
