I had a FANTASTIC experience at Mission Viejo Kia. I came in for an oil change. Ivan was very welcoming and showed me around since it was my first time. Service was quick and communication via text was great. While waiting, I asked to tour a brand new Sorento & Telluride. I was partnered with Samantha in sales. I had a lovely experience with her test driving vehicles and crunching numbers. I ended up leasing a new Telluride that I've been waiting years for!!! She was so patient and accommodating.
