During this time when finding a hybrid rav4 is very challenging, I found that Carl went above and beyond to build a relationship even though he didn’t know when I would be able to buy one. Other dealers in the area either added my name to a list and had minimal contact or they didn’t bother trying since they knew I wouldn’t buy a car on the spot. He took the time to talk to me about all the options, made my experience comfortable, and was an absolute pleasure to work with!
