Finally, after 50+years of car buying, a REAL professional! I walked out of this dealership in 2017, vowing never to return and told Jake Spinner this the first time he called. But, I admire professional sales I walked out of this dealership in 2017, vowing never to return and told Jake Spinner this the first time he called. But, I admire professional sales persistence and honest dealings. Bottom line, I bought my eighth Toyota from Jake. The Gladstone dealer got my business solely because of Jake and, truth be known, he's the only guy I'll buy a dealer car from, Period! So if they want to keep my business, they better keep Jake! If they were smart, they'd include him in their training program! Have to say also, my wife is happy to be able to use this dealer's Service department and specifically requested Jason, who took care of her other Toyotas. I don't give out praise for someone/a business doing their job. This young man represented himself, and his dealership, while provided the best automotive customer experience I've in 55 years of buying cars. More
