Samir took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He's extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of my technical questions about today’s high-tech cars, which truly impressed me. Frank, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was very welcoming and patient, even waiting for me to finish a call with my insurance company. When I needed to add my wife to the car registration, he had no problem restarting the process and handled everything with a smile. When it came to reviewing the numbers and optional add-on products, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly—with absolutely no pressure. That made it much easier to make a well-informed and confident decision. Both Samir and Frank went above and beyond to make this car-buying experience the best we've ever had—by far.
