He made us feel comfortable throughout the buying experience and is the reason I chose to purchase from Lexus of Orland versus other dealers. As a returning Lexus customer, the buying experience is so important to me and working with Sammie did not disappoint! I would refer him to my friends and family with no hesitations. Also, I chose to purchase a model that was not in stock and needed to be acquired from another dealer. I was very pleased at the speed in which my new vehicle was delivered.
