This is the second Lexus that I have purchased from the Orland Lexus dealership. I traded in my first Lexus from them and got a GREAT trade in price which I applied directly to my new 2022 Lexus Rx350. Mo Orland Lexus dealership. Most importantly though is that I returned because of the great service I received in the past. I specifically asked if my prior salesman from 2008 was still there and he was! Mr. Scott aka Sammy was as accommodating and informative this time around as he was when I purchased my first Lexus from him back in 2008. Sammy was still very patient and personable which are traits I highly value when making a big purchase like a car. If you want great customer service and honest, transparent pricing I would highly recommend the Lexus of Orland dealership. PS: Although cars are hard to get these days due to a shortage, I was able to get my new car two days earlier than expected. More
