Very well pleased with the fast and quality customer service Mr. Anderson was eager to help me in any and every way he could. I gave him little to work with and in return he gave me the best he had. He really went out his way for me, and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Not once did I feel pressured or discouraged. He immediately went to work on finding that perfect car for me. I highly recommend Mr. Anderson to anyone who is looking for a car, but isn't trying to break the bank. Mr. Anderson will make it happen for you. Great guy More

Uncertainty in Customer Service Satisfactory The company presented themselves well and worked with me at first offering quality customer service. After I was convinced and decided to purchase the vehicle, things changed in regard to the pricing and other important promises about the completion of the sale. I had to visit the company four times before being asked to return a fifth time to complete the necessary paperwork. I was called each day and told to return tomorrow and then tomorrow and then yet another tomorrow. The Sales Associate was extremely polite and caring but the company as a whole did not represent the quality of customer as the Associate. More

Smooth and easy! Working with Sammy was one of my most pleasurable experiences with a dealer. I was able to work out the deal completely over the phone and when I asked for a price that would make me drive 3 hours to pick up the car, they certainly delivered on that! To tell you the truth, I was a bit scared driving up there as I've heard some horror stories regarding broken promises, even though I had a signed purchase statement. Sure enough, when I arrived, the car was there and just as listed. The rest of the transaction went by pretty fast with no issues. If your shopping for a new car, I definitely recommend you call them and give them a chance at your business. More

I walked into the dealership frustrated with a recent purchase from another dealership and was not in a very good mood. I was introduced to Sammy by Russell. Sammy quickly took me out to look at vehicles purchase from another dealership and was not in a very good mood. I was introduced to Sammy by Russell. Sammy quickly took me out to look at vehicles. I chose the Lincoln Mkx.. We test drove it and had a very good conversation during ride. After getting back to the dealership Sammy went over some my personal info and within 30 minutes or so he came back with a proposed deal!!! It was a little out of my price range so he asked what I was willing to pay to see if we could get the payments where I could be comfortable. After maybe 10 minutes he was back with the deal!!! WoW!!! I was taken into finance and the paperwork was already ready while the car was getting prepped. After a painless and rather efficient visit with the finance manager I walked out into the showroom where Russell greeted me and congratulated me on the purchase. He took the keys and went to gas it up for me! When Russell returned Both he and Sammy sent me down the road with a very warm and appreciated send off! These guys as well as the main manager and Finance manager mad this the best car buying experience I have ever had!! Thanks William Mizell Ford!!!! More

After searching for about 3 months online, I found what I thought might be just the car I was looking for. I talked with Mickey Stewart on the phone and he sent me a video of the vehicle. Since I live a lit thought might be just the car I was looking for. I talked with Mickey Stewart on the phone and he sent me a video of the vehicle. Since I live a little over 4 hours away, I wanted to be sure it was what I wanted before I made the drive. Mickey was very accommodating and eager to answer my questions. When we arrived, the car was sitting out front waiting for us to test drive. Sammy Anderson filled out the paper work and we were on our way home a short while later. It was well worth the trip! I did not feel pressured at all. I have recently left several dealerships because the salesmen were more interested in selling a car than satisfying the customer. At William Mizell Ford, they understand if its what the customer wants, they will get the sell! More

I had a wonderful experience at William Mizell Ford. The staff was excellent and compassionate. Sammy Anderson was a great salesman, who went out of his way to ensure me a great deal on my new Ford Fiesta staff was excellent and compassionate. Purchasing my truck from William Mizell Ford was the best car buying experience I've had. My salesman, Sammy Anderson, was not pushy at all.
