Great buying experience with Matt Coulter Website had all info needed about the vehicle. Called and Matt Coulter answered said he'd get the vehicle ready for us to test drive. Since I was from out of town he gave me his direct contact info. We were late on a Saturday, but he was very patient and accommodating. Excellent knowledge of the SUV. Friendly and the process was simple. Financing at the dealership was a smooth process also. I will look at Royal Automotive again when time comes to buy and will recommend to my friends and family. To top things off...free full tank of gas! Thanks Matt for the no hassle buying experience.
