We had narrowed our search to two vehicles and the following week, after our test drive of the Tucson Hybrid Limited with Samson showing us some of the safety and convenience features, we decided to continue the purchase process, including trade in of current vehicle. He listened well, was very personable and knowledgeable and loved that he took us through the whole process of our purchase! He had set up some of the settings and showed us how to connect my iPhone, set our home address for navigation, seat settings etc before we left with our new vehicle, making sure we could enjoy the vehicle on our first day of ownership!
