Josh was a nice guy, but not too pleased about how everything went down on new Palisade. My wife stopped in saying she had a price from another dealership, but they didn't have the color she wanted. I everything went down on new Palisade. My wife stopped in saying she had a price from another dealership, but they didn't have the color she wanted. If they could hit that price, she would come back the next day. He said "we can do that." She also said she didn't have a lot of time, so asked to have everything done in advance to be in and out in an hour. Again, assurances were given. The next day 1) the cost was $1,500 higher than the other dealership and 2) it took 4 hours. Furthermore, the finance manager was extremely condescending about my wife's income and made me co-sign on the loan remotely. Overall, pretty terrible experience. Love the car though! More
