Amazing building, everyone seemed very professional and it was usually pretty easy to get ahold of anyone I needed to. I bought the car with an agreement that Toyota would fix bleeding shoc Always a great experience. This last time customer service was not the great. I bought the car with an agreement that Toyota would fix bleeding shocks, replace of windshield, and adding running boards. I drop my car off to Toyota on March 9th and picked it up on the following Sunday March 16th after multiple attempts to find out if my car was done. Come to fine out that none of the work was done. Here I am today trying to bring back to Toyota and hopefully it will get done soon. More

I felt like we could be pretty good friends, to be perfectly honest. When I brought my Tacoma home, there was a snow storm, and the rear fenders got chipped up from the sand in the road. I brought it back to the dealership, and Sam, the used car manager looked at it, and is having it repaired and repainted, and sent me home with a loaner while that is being taken care of. In short- SOLID customer service. 1000% would recommend to others in the market for a new vehicle. Thank you Corwin! More
