If I'm not here I'm doing things with my Church and my extended family. I believe serving my customers well, above all else, is how I have developed a large and loyal customer base over the years! I had an excellent experience at Auto Park Ford of Sturgis and got a heck of a deal on the truck I bought. My salesman, Brian, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood my options. Most importantly, I never felt pressured to make a purchase, which made the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. The finance representative, Summer, was equally impressive. She presented the financing options in a clear, straightforward manner and was very low-pressure throughout the process. She also took the time to explain the available extended warranty options and helped me understand which plans offered the best value for the money without trying to upsell me. Overall, the entire team made buying a vehicle a pleasant experience.
