Overall experience was very good. Aside from having to wait 30 minutes of so after our scheduled appointment (this was due to the salesperson we were to meet with being in the middle of a deal, so we deal wait 30 minutes of so after our scheduled appointment (this was due to the salesperson we were to meet with being in the middle of a deal, so we dealt with his collegue), everything went well. We were pleased with the other salesperson and glad we worked with her. As always, you feel you could have done a bit better on the price but we still wound up paying less on our Sante Fe lease than previously on our former make (Venza) and for more car and options with the new one. I will definitely consider going back and might do so in the next year or so if we look to trade in our other small car for an Elantra. More

I found Sandra Redway rude, impolite, abrasive, distant, uncaring and argumentative. I don't know how I got switched to her, but she should not earn a commission for this purchase. I was explicit (not once, uncaring and argumentative. I don't know how I got switched to her, but she should not earn a commission for this purchase. I was explicit (not once, but THREE times) about the color and vehicle I came to lease, and she did not have it ready, and argued with me that I did not call her with the model and color. This is wrong. I have a written record of speaking with her (never again, I hope), a man named Manuzzi and a man named Morales. I spent far too much time at the dealership, was ignored right and left, was not kept in the loop as to what was happening, had to talk to a nice man named Adam (shaved head, at the center desk) to get some action and as a result of the desultory attitude at Atlantic Hyundai,was very late for an appointment in Manhattan. The best part of the experience: A very nice young man named Sam (I am) was 100% different: friendly, polite, solicitous, helpful. He showed me where everything was on this new vehicle, and how it worked; took me for a short test drive. More

I started the buying process online and was greeted with an email from Dennis Morales. He was great to work with and gave me all the information I was looking for and answered all my questions. My mom and I went went into the dealership on Sunday, September 2nd. Although Dennis was off that day. Sandra Redway was the first person we met. Sandra was very friendly with and upbeat personality, we both enjoyed working with her very much. We're very happy with our new Elantra and with Atantic Hyundai. Sandra is the best to work with. We bought our 2008 Santa Fe from her and went back to upgrade and she got us into a 2013. They are all so friendly as great to work with. I know about 5 people that have bou Fe from her and went back to upgrade and she got us into a 2013. They are all so friendly as great to work with. I went in to trade up from a 2008 Sonata to a 2013 Sonata. I owed more on the car than it was currently worth but they took the car on a trade in and leveraged every possible rebate available and my n Sonata. I owed more on the car than it was currently worth but they took the car on a trade in and leveraged every possible rebate available and my new payment is only $15 more than my previous car payment. I was very happy with Atlantic Hyundai. I went to another Hyundai before this and felt that I was getting the round around. Every question I asked, was not answered, even the price of the car. I was trading in my car and could not get the price for the tradein..I stayed there 3 hours and felt very pressured. Then I went to Atlantic and was greeted by Sandra Redway. Within 30 minutes she answered all my questions and I bought the car. I would highly recommend Atlantic Hyundai to all my friends. More

I have to say after buying a car from your dealership once before I was very dissapointed this time. Sandra did a good job with me and the sale however I felt like I was being moved around like cattle. once before I was very dissapointed this time. I got to your facility Saturday 6/23/12 with intentions on buying a car or Santa Fe. I saw Sandra who I had known and told her I'd wait for her to help me. She told me 10 mts. however it was the better part of an hour I waited for her to get freed up. I know it was not her fault but if it was going to be an hour tell me an hour. I negotiated with her and told her what I was looking for,at this point I was leaning towards the Santa Fe. Sandra tryed working something out for me but apparently the people she has to deal with would not accept what I was looking to do. So we started looking for a used Santa Fe however there weren't many on the lot so I changed my direction to a car. I liked the Elantra because of it's size and gas miles. After some going back and forth with prices we came to a decision on a price and mothly payment. Not thinking until the end I asked what rate they had offered me and I was floored when she told me 4.9. This is after she told me wow you have great credit. I asked Sandra if she could look into a lower rate for me however she never got back to me. I went to my credit union and got a 1.9 and it brought my payments down about 50 a month. Had they looked into a lower rate from the beggining for me I might have been able to get the Santa Fe after all. I spoke to my credit union on Monday and squared away the loan. I got my insurance and all the paperwork faxed to the bank and to your dealer. I told Sandra i would pick up the car Wednesday night after I had the check for her. She told me no problem we can work that out you can pick it up this evening (Monday). She told me it would be ready for me. I got to the dealership at acout 7 15PM and was told find a seat someone will get to you to and get the paperwork done. I waited till after 8:15 before someone even came to talk to me. I spoke to a gentelman named Frank and did some paperwork and then only did he even offer me a lower rate interest for the car. Great time to offer it to me after everything was done. I was told after that go back outside and someone will be with you in about 15-20 mts. I waited till almost 9pm and finally asked Sandra whats going on she tells me there are only 2 people doing the contracts tonight and everyone is picking up tonight. I still did not eat dinner and I had my daughter with me. Sandra told me go get something to eat and when you get back the paperwork will be ready. I leave the lot and the phone rings and she tells me the paperwork is ready. I grabbed a quick slice of pizza and returned. At this point a woman comes over and sits down with me with paperwork. at this point I am here almost 2 hours waiting,this.This woman sits down starts tossing papers around sign this inital this etc.and then tells me I'm all done and walks away. My head was spinning at this point and I couldn't even think straight. Sandra takes the keys to the car i was leaving and tells me she was going to put the plates on the car she would be done in a few mts. The car is ready in 10 mts or so and Sandra tells me let me show you the car etc. Well she went through some things but again I felt like it was a race to get done. I drove out of there with no paperwork still not really understanding everything about the car. I go out to the car Tuesday morning and realize they didn't even bother to take the glue off the front window where the sticker was or the rear window where the price sticker was. So as my head was fianlly a bit back together I was thinking of the things I was told I was getting with the car or on the car. I was told to look at the sticker on the car in the store the red one next to her desk and thats what your getting. Now I believe it said day time running lights not there,a rear bumper protector none there. Theses are just two of the things I remember. I wasn't even told when I had to bring the car in for any kind of service or a service schedule. I have to say I appreciated the fact I got a new car however I wanted the Santa Fe and had they looked at a lower rate I probably could have afforded the payments. I felt very pushed through the whole experiance. I realize you guys sell lots of cars and my remarks are going to make any diferance,but customer satisfaction should still be the number one priority. Either you guys need more sales people and more people in the office or you need to make appointments with customers so eevryone could leave knowing they got the right price at the right rate and understand the options on the car they are driving. Again I say I am very dissapointed with the whole experiance. Like I said this is my second car I have bought from you and I like the Hyudai cars,I'm afraid to say i will be looking at other dealers before I purchase my next car.
