First Impression when I walked in, every car stood out. The additional details, the painted stripes on some of the cars, the silver side details, the added wind guards, shine on each car made every car sta The additional details, the painted stripes on some of the cars, the silver side details, the added wind guards, shine on each car made every car stand out and very appealing. Staff were friendly and very informative. The young man who presented the financials was great. He took the time to explain everything and I walked away with a ten year, one hundred thousand bumper to bumper warranty. I will go back to Atlantic Hyundai, my experience was great. The visual presentation was very good. There was ample customer seating, restrooms were very clean and up-to-date, customer amenities while waiting was good (coffee, tea, hot chocolate). Great customer relations. I went to "Hyundai of Valley Stream 599 W Merrick Rd, Valley Stream, NY" on Monday 12/5 and walked away with a bad impression. My friend bought a 2012 Hyundai Accent from them and they did not offer her the ten year bumper to bumper warranty. I was there for hours, they never offered me anything, bathrooms were very small and just ok. As a customer you want to feel that you matter and I did not get that at the Valley Stream dealer, but I definitely felt like I mattered at Atlantic Hyundai. Visual Presentation and Customer relations is everything and Atlantic Hyundai had done their job well in these areas. More
