Paperwork punishment. Main sales rep. Gave me test drive.after that I felt like I played musical chairs between 4 different people with paperwork up the gazoo to sign akin Main sales rep. Gave me test drive.after that I felt like I played musical chairs between 4 different people with paperwork up the gazoo to sign akin to taking a mortgage out for a house. I had writers cramp by the end. Glad I don't do this too often but I am well pleased with the Hyundai Sonata Sport I purchased. It drives & rides rings around my former Nissan Altima. More

Very satisfied I like the dealership and this is my second lease with them. I have also recommended family memebers as well as friends. Fair Dealer~Follow up customer service could be better~ I was please with the overall dealer experience, however i left the dealer with one key to the vehicle, contacted the dealer the same day to make them I was please with the overall dealer experience, however i left the dealer with one key to the vehicle, contacted the dealer the same day to make them aware, they said they would mail out the additional key, almost two weeks later i am still waiting for the key, I contacted the sales manager and salesperson and none have returned my calls or emails which i find very unprofessional because prior to coming in to the dealer i kept getting calls daily to go switch out my vehicle but after the fact since they made their deal they haven't cared to respond back. More
