We went in yesterday just to see whats new with Hyundai, not expecting to turn in our leases early. We spotted John Lane and he remembered us from 2.5 years ago when we leased our 2 vehicles there. He asked us what we were looking for and immediately made us feel comfortable and assured that he would make sure we were satisfied and that is exactly what he did. First he found us one of his best sales people, Sandra Redway. She was very friendly, helpful and patient with us as we are very particular when it comes to what we want. We chose the 2 colors we wanted and John was always readily available and willing to address any questions, problems or concerns that we had. He was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in until we drove off in our new cars. Micia, in finance was very friendly and patient as well with having to do 2 cars at the same time with tons of paperwork! We will recommend this dealership and these awesome employees to everyone we know. More

Excellent dealers. Sandra sat with me all day and got me in my new car for a great price. Diego went as far as to get me and my daughter McDonald's while we waited. So pleased with both of them. We had a great experience at Atlantic Hyundai. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Sandra Redway was extremely knowledgeable and very accomodating. She went above and beyond for us! We told her and Vinny w was very nice and helpful. Sandra Redway was extremely knowledgeable and very accomodating. She went above and beyond for us! We told her and Vinny what we wanted and the amount we wanted to spend and they made it work. Once we made the deal on the car, Michael Toomey was absolutely terrific in showing us everything about the car and a nice, polite guy who really knew his stuff. We picked the car up on a Saturday which was a crazy busy day at the dealership. It was convenient that there was some bagels and pizza to eat while we were waiting for everything to get done. More

Knew what I wanted as I had visited the dealer's website. Sandra the saleswoman was very pleasant and friendly with a "can do" attitude. She listened and we went for a test drive. She handled the paperwork and the entire transaction very efficiently and I was pleased with the entire experience. I was very happy to have a salesperson who was not pushy and obnoxious but instead friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. We purchased our car back in Aug. but just found this sight. That's why our review is late. We had a great experience purchasing our car. When we walk in to Atlantic everyone was so friendly, talking to us. Sandra was so helpful she took us to the car we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and decided this was the car we wanted. When we worked out the price we were told we had to wait till they got a clear title for us to pick up the car. We had no problem with this. Things worked out so good we thought what a great experience. Picking up the car was another story. About a week later when we went to pick up the car Sandra was too busy to help us. After waiting hours to sign our paperwork we were handed our keys and sent on our way. We weren't shown how anything worked in the car. We were lucky the past owner still had the owner booklet so we could figure it out ourselves. We did have questions that I called the dealership and they said come back and we'll have someone help you. I had neither the time or energy to waste going back to them. The funny thing is they never even showed us where to go for service. You would think they make money with their service department. To this day I still don't know anything about it. The other thing I found out was that I had 3 months of free Satelite Radio. I found that out when I got a letter in the mail 1 month into that 3 months. I wish they would make the entire experience of buying a car good. Delivering a car is important but I felt like Atlantic just stopped short of the full sale. When the money got in the palm of their hand they felt the good customer service was over. More
