His knowledge of the product is superb. In fact other salesman was asking him questions while we were there. After the sale and we were done in the finance office he went over every detail of the car. He recognized that there is a lot of information and made sure we knew we could call him or come back by and he would go over everything again. Another mention is how well we were treated in the insurance office. Cheryl was very informative and gladly helped us in the transition. We will highly recommend Phil and Kelly Ford to our friends and neighbors. See you next time. More
