Highly recommend Kelly Ford My wife was looking for a specific vehicle which she found on their website at 4pm on a Saturday when they close at 7p. She called and spoke to salesm My wife was looking for a specific vehicle which she found on their website at 4pm on a Saturday when they close at 7p. She called and spoke to salesman Brent SLATER who of course invited us to the dealership even though it was an hour+ drive. Upon our arrival he had the vehicle ready for our inspection and test drive. Brent was knowledgeable regarding the vehicle and also allowed us to view the service department records detailing work on the vehicle. During our test drive, Brent started the trade in process. Upon returning to the dealership, we decided on purchasing the vehicle which lead to interactions with sales manager Chuck COOPER and general manager Charlie ALGERIE-McCARTHY. Both were professional and pleasant to deal with. They took the time to explain the Kelly Ford concept of treating people with fairness and respect. Had this not been the way we were treated, regardless of how good the deal was we would walk out. There are other dealerships. In addition, working with the finance manager, Mrs. Sandra SMITH, was an easy process. I am not a paid spokesman for this dealership and our purchase and positive experience at Kelly Ford is real!! Would have been 5 stars until I got talked into accepting a nearly $1400 up charge for paint and interior protection. I SORELY regret it. HOWEVER, my sales experience with Phil Pet I got talked into accepting a nearly $1400 up charge for paint and interior protection. I SORELY regret it.
