It felt like I was talking with family This being my first new vehicle purchase in many years, it was a truly pleasant experience. The first Kelly Ford representatives I had the pleasure of This being my first new vehicle purchase in many years, it was a truly pleasant experience. The first Kelly Ford representatives I had the pleasure of speaking with were Phil Pettus and Morgan Bryan. They were not only very professional and polite but extremely knowledgeable about the Kelly Ford inventory. They worked with me and my family from the initial choice of vehicle (a 2018 Focus)through the financing portion all they way to we drove the vehicle off the lot. My family and I were able to ask as many questions as we needed to ask. Their demeanor never wavered. It was like speaking with a member of my family! The next Kelly Ford representative I had the pleasure of working with was Sandy Smith. What can I say about working with Sandy? Not only was she very professional and polite, she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining the financing process. Again, I felt like I was speaking with a family member. There were several other Kelly Ford representatives who I did not have the pleasure of meeting personally, but I understand worked diligently behind the scenes to make the purchase of my lovely, new 2018 Ford Focus come to fruition. They included: Zeth James, Lindsay Ritenour, and Bill Papenfus. Bill was the first Kelly Ford representative with whom I had contact via the internet. He got the ball rolling!
