My husband and I went to the Kelly Ford deale The last time I bough a car from another local dealership, I felt like the shady sharks were circling. My husband and I went to the Kelly Ford dealership over Memorial Day weekend looking for a new truck. Jesse Sheridan approached, introduced himself, and pointed us in the direction of the F-150s. He was not pushy nor did he hover but stayed near to answer any questions. Because he was assisted by a vet in the car business (Casey Tucker), once it was time to make the deal, we knew he was relatively new to the car selling game. Don't let that stop you from asking for him personally! He is kind and warm and "spiel-free". I felt as though he was genuinely interested in helping us get in to the vehicle that we desired at a great price. Casey is a seasoned sales man and was helpful in expediting the process. Sandy in the finance department was very kind, thorough, and efficient as we went through the paper work. We are very happy with our brand new FORD F-150 and will look forward to doing more business with Jesse and Kelly Ford. More

He was very responsive by phone and text, promptly answering all of our questions. He was very accommodating to our schedule as we had to make two separate visits. We never felt any pressure whatsoever and we found him to be extremely courteous and knowledgeable. This is the way a car buying experience should be and we appreciate this type of approach, after having had negative experiences in the past at other dealerships. We also worked with Sandy in the finance department, who helped us arrange for a better extended warranty and maintenance plan, which was important to my parents. Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable experience. We would highly recommend Kelly Ford, DT and Sandy to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

We dealt with Phil who our friend told us to go see and he was great, very friendly and listened to our needs. Once we found the car we loved which was a 2016 ford fusion with only 10,000 miles we started the process. We also dealt with Sandy who helped us with the financing, she is a hoot.. so very funny and easy to talk to and relay our needs as well. We left with our car that night basically Hassel free. No pressure to put you in a car that isn't right for you and your situation. I've never felt pressured or taken advantage of. If I don't like something they say OK and move on. Their prices have been fair and on-par with Kelly Blue Book. The car I leased had serious clutch problems but the service staff bent over backwards to get the problem resolved. More

Cheryl Shaton is the Guru for the Sync technology. She explained everything in detail. She was very patient and is truly an asset to Kelly Ford. Dr. Phil was easy going and no pressure, a real asset to Kelly Ford and shows great salesmanship. He is truly the antithesis to what people think of car salesman.
