Stressful but Happy Customer This is our 3rd Vehicle that we have purchased from Phil Pettus at Kelly Ford in 3 years. We bought the 2015 Chrysler 300 on Saturday 9/2/17 but on 9 This is our 3rd Vehicle that we have purchased from Phil Pettus at Kelly Ford in 3 years. We bought the 2015 Chrysler 300 on Saturday 9/2/17 but on 9/4/17 the transmission failed tremendously. After a long stressful 24 hours we decided this car was going to be a major issue from the start. Phil and Charlie were awesome with us and worked with us to find a better vehicle for our needs. In the end we bought the 2017 Ford Taurus SEL (Red) and are very happy with our purchase. This was a stressful experience for us but Phil truly went above and beyond to get us through. Sandra in financing is always a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Kelly Ford and we will always buy our cars from Phil in the future. Thanks so much! More

One of my best car buying experiences Charles-Algieri McCarthy, Sales Manager and Marc Carnelleri were awesome! My wife and I entered the dealership to only look around. We had no intentio Charles-Algieri McCarthy, Sales Manager and Marc Carnelleri were awesome! My wife and I entered the dealership to only look around. We had no intentions to buy. We had visited a Ford dealership; much closer to our home, but since this dealership is much closer to our jobs, we decided to stop in and see what they had to offer. Marc approached to help us after we explained to him what we were interested in. He took it upon himself to search the lot to get us as close to what we were looking for and in the price range that we were trying to stay within. After finding a vehicle that we were interested in, we decided to go in and run the numbers. Charlie got involved and we were able to close on the deal! In and out o the dealership in a little more than an hour! Excellent job guys! Finance department was awesome as well. Certainly one of the best car buying experiences that we have had! When I went back for a test drive he really took the time to show me multiple configurations for the model I wanted. Doug was great with explaining options for financing, again, never making me feel pressured. All the staff was friendly and easygoing. Sandy in finance took the time to explain all the paperwork as we moved along. I have lived in the area for 14 years and have purchased several cars from several dealerships. This was hands-down one of the most pleasant experiences I've had in car buying. More

I would also have to say that CD Williams was one of the most courteous and professional sales persons that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
